Graus is a town in the province of Huesca, 30 minutes away from GABASA. With a population of 3305 inhabitants (INE 2018), it is located in the region of Ribagorza, of which it is the capital, at the confluence of the rivers Ésera and Isábena. The town is located in one of the areas where the Aragonese language is still spoken, specifically in the Bajorribagorzana (Grausino) variant.

You can't miss the visit to the Plaza Mayor of Graus, you'll be surprised by the colourful facades, some decorated with allegorical paintings, walking through its streets you'll find different manor houses; also visit the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Peña from where you can observe the magnificent views of the town over the rivers Esera and Isabena.

This town is also well known for its very special gastronomy, where the sausage festival is held (in July), and during the months of December to March the black truffle market is held (on Saturday afternoons) with gastronomic days, where the famous fresh truffle can be purchased.

In its vicinity, 15 minutes by car in the direction of Benasque, we find the Buddhist center of Panillo - Dag Shang Kagyu, a center of retreat, practice and study of the Dharma with more than 30 years of antiquity.
